Fordham Law Review

Submissions for our journal are currently closed

The Fordham Law Review has completed its Spring article selection cycle. We look forward to reopening for submissions in August 2026.

For Authors

The Fordham Law Review strongly prefers to receive submissions via this system. We will also consider hard copy submissions, but we cannot accept unsolicited submissions via email.

The Fordham Law Review has no minimum or maximum page requirements for submissions. We welcome submissions of various formats, including essays and articles, but do not currently publish book reviews. Citations should conform to the 22nd edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Please note that we do not accept submissions from students currently pursuing a J.D. degree.

The Article Selection Committee reviews all submissions. Due to the large volume of submissions, a decision may take several weeks.

To request a submission fee waiver due to economic hardship, please email Scholastica directly at support@scholasticahq.com.
